Return Eligibility

• Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In their original packaging

  • With all original tags attached

• Items not meeting these conditions may be denied.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the returned items are received and inspected.

• Please allow 3–7 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within the same 14-day return window, depending on stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories (unless defective)
